Our Process
Read below for a brief overview of how we make our concrete.

cement and aggregates
We select the highest quality cement, sand, and gravel based on your mix design and load them into our aggregate hoppers. We then calculate the density of the cement and aggregates and perform water content testing to ensure proper proportions are met.

water
Our water's pH and is closely monitored to ensure it stays within optimal range for concrete production, and in winter months we keep our water stored in custom made heating tanks to ensure CSA temperature standards are met and your concrete will reach its required strength on time.

additives
We work closely with chemical additive companies such as Euclid to ensure our concrete has the life and workability you need.

Our top of the line Global Mixers take all of these components and precicesly combine them to provide you with the perfect mix every time.
